Salomon Raid Wind & Cross Advanced 17/3/22

Salomon is back with footwear deliverables for the start of spring as it creeps around the corner - arriving in two Raid Wind colourways and the Cross Advanced in a minimalistic colour palette to tackle those outdoor elements. 

The Salomon Raid Wind delivers lightweight construction, long-distance stability, and exceptional cushioning for the outdoor enthusiast. Paying homage to pioneering trail footwear from the golden years of adventure racing, the Raid Wind is a replica of an emblematic piece of Salomon's footwear history. A trail running shoe born through the vision and demands of our adventure athletes back in 1999. Proprietary Contagrip™ outsole compound provides ultimate grip on various types of terrain types while the aggressive lug design allows for outstanding traction. 

Working from the ground up, the Salomon Cross Advanced speaks a fluid and organic language of progressive design vision. The unique lug pattern on the bottom unit is carried onto and held up by the laminated panels of the upper – a fluid and seamless translation of the initial design intent behind this crossover all-terrain shoe. Heat-welded design process on the upper streamlines the silhouette, while the TPU film laminate provides protection from abrasion. The exterior panels conceals the signature toggle Quicklace™ lacing system via zip for easy-on and easy-off. The unique lug geometry of this Contagrip® outsole increases traction and hold in tough conditions from mud to wet rocks and technical terrain.

Dropping on Thursday, March 17th at 10AM EST, the Men’s Salomon Cross Advanced "Black" and Salomon Raid Wind in both “Ponder” and “Morganite” colourways, and the will be launched on our webstore.
